Cluj-Napoca of kortweg Cluj (Hongaars: Kolozsvár, Duits: Klausenburg) is een stad in Roemenië, gelegen in Transsylvanië aan de Kleine Someş (Someşul Mic). Het is de hoofdstad van het district (judeţ) Cluj en telt circa 333.000 inwoners. Tevens is het de grootste stad in het streekgebied Transsylvanië. Officieus is Cluj inmiddels het economische middelpunt van Roemenië.
